  29. The single point that I disagree with Pete on is the "dispose [of] it"
  30. part: one might want to assign the current APPLICATION^.MenuBar to another
  31. pointer of type PMenuBar...because you may want to restore it when finished
  32. with the temporary substitute menubar...
