  17.     We are preparing to digitize 1/24,000 USGS Topographic
  18. maps. Weve been told that the USGS has written software for quality
  19. control of the resulting vector data. If anyone knows whether this 
  20. software is available through anonymous ftp from somewhere and also
  21. whether versions are available that will run on a DOS machine, please
