- As Sheizaf has indicated, we've had an extraordinary response to the
- invitation to join us. The degree of interest is, I believe, as much a
- reflection on the substantial progress we've made so far as in the
- topic per se.
-
- To date we've had more than 120 people contact us from Australia,
- Canada, Denmark Finland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel,
- Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Switzerland,
- United Kingdom and the United States (and the deluge continues).
- Many have joined us already. Welcome, it's great to have you with us.
-
- The bibliography and members' bios are being updated periodically.
- Both are available by anonymous ftp:
- Host: archsci.arch.su.edu.au (129.78.66.1)
- Directory: pub
- Files: projecth.bib.1-93
- projecth.bios.1-93

- The pretest codings continue to flow in. We're holding off on the
- reliability measures to give new members a chance to work on the
- pretest messages and comment on the codebook. If you've just joined and
- missed the repost of the codebook and messages, please contact Sheizaf
- or me. We want to be sure you are using the latest version of the
- codebook.
-
- I want to thank the people who have commented both privately and
- publicly on the codebook. The comments have pinpointed some fuzzy
- definitions and will help us to perfect the codebook for actual coding.
- For pretesting, though, we will continue to use the less-than-perfect
- codebook.
