  17. What is the IT that showed quite clearly what the Czechs and Slovaks
  18. want?  Opinion polls ?  Somebody's opinion?  Hardly authoritative.

  20. I hate to keep repeating myself, but why does everybody RUN from the
  21. REFERENDUM question?  Everybody says what "the people want" -- but so far
  22. as I can see the PEOPLE HAVE NEVER SPOKEN ABOUT THE SZECHO-SLOVAK QUESTION.
  23. But there are a lot of people who CLAIM to speak for the people.
