  13.     I had a similar problem with a pillow I made.  I found
  14. a small hole near one of the curves (round pillow).  After
  15. examining I came to the conclusion that when I went around
  16. the corner of the pillow, I think that some of the fabric 
  17. got nicked by the cutting knife.  Later when I was making 
  18. something else, the same thing almost happened again but
  19. I was sewing slower and I caught it just in time.  
  20.    Maybe this is what happened to your things.
