  28. Er, not quite.  I've certainly heard Barbra Streisand sing it, and I think
  29. it's from a musical, but definitely not "The Fantasticks" -- note the
  30. spelling.  I'll check what musical it's from and e-mail the original
  31. poster, unless someone posts before I do.

  33. "The Fantasticks," is one of my favorite musicals and I could rattle off
  34. for you all the songs in it - but I won't, aren't you glad?  :-)
  35. The best known is probably "Try To Remember."  For alt.quotation-ers, the
  36. best feature of the show might be the mangled Shakespearean quotes 
  37. perpetrated by the Actor character.

  39. The show has nothing to do with psychics.  It's a generic love story,
  40. featuring a Boy, a Girl, the Wall between them, etc. and I recommend it
  41. to anyone.  Perhaps there are psychics in the show "On A Clear Day"
  42. really comes from....
