- Er, not quite. I've certainly heard Barbra Streisand sing it, and I think
- it's from a musical, but definitely not "The Fantasticks" -- note the
- spelling. I'll check what musical it's from and e-mail the original
- poster, unless someone posts before I do.
-
- "The Fantasticks," is one of my favorite musicals and I could rattle off
- for you all the songs in it - but I won't, aren't you glad? :-)
- The best known is probably "Try To Remember." For alt.quotation-ers, the
- best feature of the show might be the mangled Shakespearean quotes
- perpetrated by the Actor character.
-
- The show has nothing to do with psychics. It's a generic love story,
- featuring a Boy, a Girl, the Wall between them, etc. and I recommend it
- to anyone. Perhaps there are psychics in the show "On A Clear Day"
- really comes from....
