  27. I suspect that you are right... The question that comes to my mind is
  28. WHY was it out of service???  Certainly not because it couldn't
  29. operate.
  30. Perhaps a lack of crew??? That being the case (and it's just a guess),
  31. they certainly had enough crew for the video!
