  11. When does a game of Pax Imperia end?  I've searched the manual forwards and
  12. backwards, but haven't been able to find any place where it mentions a conclusion.
  13. I haven't had a chance to spend a considerable amount of time on one game to
  14. find out and as others have posted, it does eventually end, but what are the
  15. victory conditions?  I hope it's not complete world domination, as this would
  16. be woefully unfair to those economic societies!
