  14. You may have a loading problem with the network card. Alot of the
  15. disk compression programs grab a low spot in memory to load in. In
  16. most cases they load at the spot you have your NIC. If this machine
  17. is running any kind of memory manager exclude the memory area for the
  18. NIC, and the problems should go away.
