- I've never had a CD player make noise to the point that you
- could hear it without putting your ear up against the player.
- Take it back again. Tell him that the demo you looked at there
- didn't do it. Tell him you aren't satisified. Explain to them
- that they replace it or give you your money back. It's defective.
- Maybe it's just louder than normal, but that's still a defect.
