- someone who *has* it should post. I've been told more than once that
- all you get extra is the book whose cover looks like the Civ box.
-
- I've scanned that book at the bookstore and wouldn't bother buying
- it if it were marked down to one dollar. Unless the information
- I have is wrong, there is no change to the software or manuals.
- If you want to "upgrade" I suggest you buy _Rome_on_640K_a_Day_,
- which I feel is worth it $18.95 list price, but can be found discounted
- at Egghead, among other places.
-
- How about it netters? Among the readers of this group who check threads
- about civ, there *must* be a few who bought Civ as the 'master' edition.
- I promise not to tease you about it, after all, how could you know?
-
- And if I am wrong, hey, i'm gettin' kinda cold lately, having just
- become unemployed and being hesitant to reset my setback thermostat.
- Here in the ol' home-office, it's about 64 Farenheit and I'm wearing
- a sweater and jacket, so...
-
- go ahead, flame my day!
