- I just got out of this world and I'm experiencing major technical problems.
- Firstly, they joystick calibrate doesn't seem to have any effect. I used
- "world c j" on the command line and the game appears to go through some kind of
- calibration mode. However, the dude NEVER seems to be able to run to the right
- unless I intentionally mis-calibrate. I don't think the speed of my processor
- is the problem (a 386-40) and I've tried various sound configurations to no
- sucess. Furthermore, when I try to use the keyboard, I find that the jump key
- (up-arrow according to the instructions) does absolutely nothing! I have test
- my up-arrow with dos and it works fine. Has anybody else had any problems
- and/or know the solution. Thanks.
