  17. Is it relevent that only "mail" is being considered in this thread? Is the
  18. situation different if a user saves mail items in a more general purpose file,
  19. to be later perhaps read by a sysop? Seems to me that we really should be
  20. talking about sysops peering over the fence generally, rather than merely at
  21. mail items.
