  31.    Don't be snide. Claiming ownership is clearly different from freely
  32. distributing. I claim that free distribution doesn't harm the publishers, but
  33. transfer of ownership would.

  44.    Then why haven't they pursued a case against other pay BBS's? We need more
  45. than just the suggestion that they object to stand against the complete
  46. failure of the publishers to pursue this. It may change in the future, of
  47. course.
