- Sorry about this but I have just ordered a PB180 and I want to put a
- modem in it. The modem will be used for Fax (send) and ARA (at least
- 9600).
-
- Should I forget an internal modem and go for a small external ?
-
- What are the differences between the internal modems from PSI and Global
- Village ? The PSI seems much cheaper about 200 pounds sterling.
-
- Is there a radically different power consumption for having a modem
- internally and which is best for the battery ?
-
- Should I wait for the Apple Express modem ?
-
- Are ARA scripts available for all the internal PB modems ?
-
- Can anyone suggest a company that will do international orders on
- these modems cheap ? The price in the UK seems to be about 600 pounds
- sterling
- for a PowerPort/Gold.
-
- thanks for any comments,
-
