  19. In one such call, the dispatcher was describing to the sargeant a caller
  20. who, when asked for directions to get to the place the caller was calling
  21. about, the caller started asking the dispatcher which hand was his left 
  22. hand. When the dispatcher tried to explain it in terms of which side of
  23. the callers body his heart was on, the caller said he didn't know which
  24. side his heart was on, and asked again which was his left hand.....
