- in one basket is not such a good idea. How about
- reviewing design? How about building prototypes?
- How about usability studies conducted by people
- who know what they're doing? How about human factors/
- UI experts getting involved with the design right
- from day 1? How about knowledgeable, experienced
- people working with customers to develop requirements?
