  27. I recently took my '91Toyota truck to a place in Mountain View which deals
  28. only in certain imports (Japanese I think). The truck was overdue so they
  29. recommended the 30k 'special'. I know next to nothing about cars/trucks but
  30. I think it was pretty good service. There was a whole list of things including
  31. flush the radiator, coolant system, and transmission, change the oil/filter,
  32. plugs, rotate tires, align front end... that's all I can recall at this time.
  33. The total cost (told up front, including price and labor, less tax) was $279.
  34. What impressed me was the next day I noticed a few extras... they had replaced
  35. the nuts and bolts on the liscence plates (I'd lost one up fron and one on the
  36. back), refilled the water for the windshield, and replaced some missing tire
  37. caps, no extra charge. It seems to me that is they do all those little things
  38. there's a good chance that the rest of the work was well done.
  39. (a.k.a. attention to detail?) Anyways, the name of the place is Yarnell's
  40. on the corner of Evelyn and Pioneer in Mountain View.

  44. I have taken my nissan 300zx to Yarnell's and I would recommend them, I also
  45. had a major service (30,000 miles).  They even offered to give me a ride to
  46. my work. I also was recommended to Yarnell's. I believe I also paid about
  47. $279.00 but this was about 2 years ago and it's time to go again.
