- What I was referring to, specifically, was the Chaos Magick
- bit (might have been in _LN&P_) where the magickian creates a focus -
- a mantra, talisman, whatever - for a certain purpose, and then pushes
- the 'meaning' of it out of hir mind, and _obsesses_ on the focus for
- whatever end they desire. This 'focus' is the 'form without context'
- that I was referring to...I've never tried that particular method, so
- I cannot attest to its effectiveness. However, making a unilateral
- statement like yours (especially when talking about magick) is...well,
- you can usually find someone to prove the exception, hm?
- I agree fully with the anti-'cookie recepie' bit.
