  1. Thank you for trying out the VivaTexte HTML Frame Designer.

  3. You can operate this program from any directory. Simply copy
  4. these files there and then create an icon for the program
  5. called FRAMER.EXE, and then launch it.
  6.  
  7. You should find the program to be very intuitive. There is also
  8. a help file included.
