  1. WinCtrl is powerful window manager for
  2. Windows 95 that gives you ability to control
  3. windows created by other applications. Window
  4. manager is watching for windows being created
  5. by other applications and if you define so,
  6. it reacts and acts on it. You can: close the
  7. window, set its size, position and state
  8. (normal, minimized, maximized) set window to
  9. be stay-on-top window, change its caption,
  10. play defined sound file, run other program /
  11. application (and also, every other file with
  12. associated extension), send to this window a
  13. sequence of keystrokes as they are typed on
  14. keyboard.
