  42. After starting RapidKey you find the RapidKey icon on the taskbar. Then in all Windows applications* you have access to:

  44. - Autotexts (glossary entries)
  45.  
  46.   Autotext is a feature that allows you to store text you use frequently.
  47.   You can quickly insert long text passages into any documents like emails,
  48.   letters or source codes without retyping or copying and pasting. So you
  49.   can store a text passage that you use often, a standard contract clause,
  50.   or a mailing address. 
  51.  
  52.   It's very easy to use Autotext entries:
  53.   1  Type a shortcut.
  54.   2  The cursor is now behind the shortcut. 
  55.   3  Press the Autotext Key combination.
  56.   4  The shortcut will be replaced by the full text passage automatically.

  72.   If no matching shortcut is found, then RapidKey suggests you existing
  73.   Autotext entries which have    - similar shortcuts

  76.   So you find the correct Autotext fast, even if you remember only one word
  77.   which is contained in the Autotext.

  79.   * AutoText function only partly works in some Word and Outlook versions
  80.     and in some software suites.

  82. - Macros

  84.   Abbreviate your tasks by using macros! Macros reduce many work steps to one
  85.   keystroke. You can record keystrokes, mouse clicks, mouse movements and all
  86.   other Windows events too.

  88.   It's easy to play a macro back:
  89.   1  Press the macro key combination.
  90.   2  Click the desired macro in the context menu that appears.

  94.   Click the RapidKey icon on the taskbar to see all folders and
  95.   shortcuts on the desktop. Point to a folder in order to view what's
  96.   in the folder. Click a shortcut to open it.

  100.   With RapidKey you can start the Explorer in which a desired steward is
  101.   opened directly. This saves time.

  107.      That folder will be opened with the Explorer.

  147.  RapidKey is distributed as shareware. Shareware is a distribution 
  148.  method based on honor, and is not a type of software. You are free 
  149.  to use it for a trial period of up to 30 days. If you find this 
  150.  program useful and would like to continue using RapidKey, then you 
  151.  are required to register for only $25. Itís quite simple!

  158. What is shareware?

  160.  Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it.

  200.  the shareware version to a registered version. The registration code will
  201.  turn off all nag screens and shareware limitations, and work with future
  202.  minor upgrades.

  206. 2  Installation and uninstallation
  207. ----------------------------------

  209.  Copy all files of RapidKey in a directory you want and start rapidkey.exe.
  210.  No files will be copied into your windows directory, no files in your
  211.  windows directory will be changed!

  213.  After starting RapidKey you find the RapidKey icon on the taskbar (in your
  214.  system tray). When RapidKey runs for the first time, a Shortcut in Autostart
  215.  group is created. So RapidKey starts automatically when Windows starts.

  217.  To uninstall RapidKey please click the RapidKey icon on the taskbar and
  218.  click Close. Then run uninstal.exe. That will delete the directory of RapidKey. 
  219.  Now program is removed from your computer completely!
