  44. SendStuff  is  actually  a  part  of  my  System Enhancer, called
  45. WorkON. Now you can use this stand-alone.
  46.  
  47. SendStuff was made for sending single files  quickly  to  another
  48. location.  It's  similiar to Window's SEND function. You can also
  49. drag drawers but only the *contents* of the drawer will be copied
  50. -  not  (!)  the  drawer itself.But read on first before deleting
  51. this proggy without touching it! :) It can be of good use!

  53. If you drag a file on SendStuff, a window will open asking you to
  54. which you location you want to copy or move the file. Just toggle
  55. the cycler to the mode you wish to use (copy or  move).  You  can
  56. choose  between  several  devices  (RAM,  DF0,  SYS)  and typical
  57. Amiga-directories, like WBStartup (also Enabled and Disabled  for
  58. those  of  you who use WBStartup+), T:, etc. You can also send it
  59. somewhere else by selecting a dir with a file-req. Also, you  can
  60. define  4  user-paths  (see SendStuff's config-menu) by selecting
  61. paths and giving names to them.  You  can  of  course  save  this
  62. config.

  64. Examples for usage:
  65. -------------------
  66. This comes in handy if you download pics  from  the  internet  or
  67. receive  a  music-file  (MP3, Midi, etc) over (Str)ICQ. You could
  68. create a directory for often-used file-transfers, like  pictures,
  69. music-files,  etc and then define this paths within the SendStuff
  70. config by giving the same names. Next time you receive a MP3 by a
  71. friend  over  ICQ  you can simply drag it on SendStuff and select
  72. your user-path 'MP3' and it will be copied  there  directly.
  73. If  you  want  to copy the icon aswell, you also have to drag the
  74. .info file on SendStuff. Otherwise only the file will be copied -
  75. not the .info file.

  77. Installation:
  78. -------------
  79. Just copy the dir to a  location  on  your  HD.  That's  all.  No
  80. installation  needed  except  to copy the font XHelvetica.font to
  81. your FONTS: dir if you haven't already got it there, that is.
  82. SendStuff uses the great Gui4CLI (included).

  85. WBSTARTUP?
  86. ----------
  87. If you want to start SendStuff automatically from  WBStartup  you
  88. have to copy 'gui' from the SendStuff-Archive to C: first.

  90. Then edit the tooltypes of the SendStuff icon and write C:gui as the
  91. standard-tool. Now you can simply copy SendStuff to your WBStartup.
