  4. The program is a file manager for Microsoft
  5. Word 2002.  File Manager Jr. gives you quick
  6. access to files in all your favorite document
  7. folders.  Open a file, copy it, move it, rename
  8. it, delete it--all without leaving Word.

  11. Installation
  12.  
  13. The program is installed from within Word.  The 
  14. following instructions assume that you have
  15. copied the File Manager Jr. program files to the
  16. folder C:\Download and that any files from a 
  17. previous version of the program have been 
  18. removed from that folder.  If you wish to copy 
  19. the program files to a folder other than
  20. C:\Download, make appropriate adjustments in
  21. step 2 below.

  23. 1. On the Tools menu in Word 2002, click Options.  
  24. Click the Security tab and then click the Macro 
  25. Security button (at the lower right).  Click the 
  26. Security Level tab and then click the Medium button.
  27. Click the Trusted Sources tab.  Two check boxes
  28. appear, one labeled "Trust all installed add-ins 
  29. and templates," the other labeled "Trust access 
  30. to Visual Basic Project."  Both boxes should be
  31. checked.  Click the OK button and then click OK 
  32. again to close the Options box.  Note: For your 
  33. protection, you should have a recognized virus 
  34. scanning program installed.

  37. 2. On the Tools menu, click Templates and 
  38. Add-ins.  Click the Add button to open the Add
  39. Template box.  At the top of the box, click
  40. Templates.  A drop-down folder list appears.
  41. Click the drive letter C.  Double-click the 
  42. folder name Download and then double-click the 
  43. template name Fmj.dot.  The Templates and 
  44. Add-ins box reappears, showing that Fmj.dot is
  45. loaded.  Click the OK button.  Word opens a 
  46. new document file.

  48. 3. On the Tools menu, point to Macro and then
  49. click Macros.  The Macros box appears.  Click 
  50. the name AA_FileMgrJrInstall.main and then click
  51. the Run button.  Follow the onscreen directions.

  56. Before using the program, see the files 
  57. Install.doc and Guide.doc.  Both files are
  58. copied to the File Manager Jr. Program Folder 
  59. during installation. If you want to view the
  60. files onscreen instead of printing them, click 
  61. Print Layout on the View menu so that all 
  62. document formatting will be properly 
  63. displayed.
