AIDS Blair Boyle Blair is a self employed business
=========== man who is actively INVOLVED in the
FIGHT AGAINST AIDS. Blair has a
genuine concern for those "infected"
and "affected" with the HIV virus
after he lost MANY friends and
acquaintances that were victims of
AIDS. Blair strongly supports SAFER
SEX and AIDS AWARENESS campaigns and
urges all C2C sites to carry this
important conference.
AMERICA Roger Cravens After spending 16 years in the
============= military, Roger has traveled
around the U.S. and the world
a few times. He is interested
in the different parts of the
U.S. and the different
societies in each area.
ARTS Shawn Tribe Shawn is a University student who is
=========== presently enrolled in a Fine Arts
programme, and hopes to obtain a
degree in Art History. Shawn is also
an active artist himself and has
exhibited some of his works at various
exhibitions. You can usually find
Shawn strolling through various art
galleries, theatres, or musical
halls in Toronto.
AVIATION Andy Blaney Andy is a retired airline pilot. A
=========== veteran of 28 years in Commercial
Aviation. He is a qualified Captain
for for various aircraft, including:
MD-80, DC-9, DC-10-10, DC-10-30,
DC-7C, DC-6B, and DC-3 (C-47). Plus
many other smaller type of aircraft.
Andy is currently self-employed as a
Management Consultant and Accountant.
BASIC Paul McGoldrick Paul works from home as a contract
=============== programmer, most recently for a small
firm marketing office production
software targeted for the MD. Like
many, his first exposure to Basic came
in the form of the GW-BASIC bundle
that arrived with his first PC. Since
then he's worked in most of the
language's manifestations from True
Basic, PowerBASIC and QuickBASIC from
version 2.0, through BASCOM 6.0, PDS
and VBDOS Professional. He also writes
C and assembly, these days most often
in the context of linking to a Basic
application.
RETAIL Lud Eng Both the Retail & Buy-Sell conferences
BUY-SELL ======= are moderated by the esteemed and
super level headed Lud Eng, sysop of
The MBT BBS in Blacksburg Virginia.
Having one person moderate, two
similar yet different conferences,

CANADA & Tom Potts Tom is a professional researcher who

of Canadian history and politics, and
maintains a network of 'moles' within

National Archives. He is interested in

CARS Roddie Hasan Roddie has worked as a mechanic for
============ several years. He knows cars inside
and out. He specializes in new and
recent models.
CHESS Clinton Wall Clinton is an actuarial student and
============ analyst for a pension consulting firm.
He has been playing chess for over
twenty years and is a member of the
USCF with a provision rating of 1434.
Being a fan of correspondence chess,

CYCLING Bradley Foster Bradley describes himself as a

activist. Bradley has been using his
bicycle as a form of
transportation for over 10 years.
Currently he commutes 10K per day.
Bradley is one of Canada's leading
proponents of cycling.
C2C-NEWS Ken Hedgecock Ken is the editor of C2C Magazine,
============= a periodical of news and events on
the City2City Network. Ken has had
years of experience producing local
and community news magazines. So if

DEBATE John Broadhead John is a accredited addiction
============== counsellor and as such possess
excellent mediation skills. Due to his
job, John has been trained to be
relatively non-judgmental and
tolerant. John runs a PC consulting,
training and output business part
time. He is on Dennis Mills (federal
MP for Broadview Greenwood) campaign
team and am a member of the Board of
Directors of People With A Purpose, a
pro youth/anti-drug non profit
organization which produces young
peoples entertainment events (TV
shows, concerts, etc.).
DESKTOPPUB Mike Crone Mike has over 20 years of experience
========== in computerized publishing. He is also
Senior the author of several books on
Moderator typography and the history of type.

specializing in publishing systems.
DOS Mike Schmitt Mike is a student at the University of

company installing and training users
on various programs. His favorite
programs are Animator Pro and
3-D studio.
HEALTHCARE Tony McLean The unique team of Tony and Kathy
Kathy McLean McLean makes the City2City HealthCare
============ conference the most comprehensive in
Netmail history. Tony is a practicing
Surgeon and has been practicing in the
medical field for over 12 years. Kathy
is a Clinical Nurse Specialist and has
worked in both Medical and Surgical
Health Care Environments. As you may
have guessed; besides being DUAL
moderators, they are also husband and
wife!
HUMOR Frank Van Keeken Frank is a professional comedian. He
================ has been doing stand-up comedy for
11 years. Frank currently works for
the Yuk Yuk's chain of comedy clubs.
You can also see Frank in a current
Diet Pepsi commercial playing a
lawyer prosecuting a little old lady.
Frank also writes comedy for radio
and television.
MONEYTIPS Ed Prior Ed is an amateur investor in
======== mutual funds and some stocks.
He keeps up with the trends by
reading books and papers on
all aspects of investing.
MULTIMEDIA Aaron Rothschild Aaron is very interested in MPC and
================ knows the specs by heart. His
main interests are in Windows, OS/2,
and Win NT and their multimedia
capabilities. He also enjoys skiing and
other outdoor winter sports.
MUSIC Roch Archambault City2City is very fortunate to have

Conference. Roch, besides operating
the Artist BBS in Hull Quebec, is a
Music teacher by profession and a
member of the SPACQ (Professional
Society of Writers and Composers of
Quebec)
NETWORK Louis Low Louis is the Networking Manager for
========= a computer retail chain. Louis has
designed and implemented dozens
networks for large corporations and
government, including some advanced
installations using routers, bridges
and fiber optics. Louis was trained
by Novell on all levels of Netware
including 3.11.
OS2 Keith Kim Keith is a professional programmer
========= for OS/2. Keith specializes in
vertical market applications and,
corporate and application
conversions (to OS/2)
OS2 James Tate James has 18 years of programming
========== experience and has worked with OS/2
since it's inception. James is
possibly one of the world's foremost
OS/2 programmers. James lives in
Somerville Alabama where he operates
his company Bluff City Software.
PCBOARD Geoffrey Sy Besides being a remote sysop for
=========== several BBSs over the last 3 years,
Geoffrey is rapidly becoming one of
the foremost DOOR programmers for
PCBoard. To his credit are: PCBFRE
the File Ratio Enforcer, DDM the Door
Menu Manager, and REQUESTOR the file
request door.
PETS Sandra Partrick Sandra has had a special interest in
=============== animals since childhood. Her
collection of animals (at this time)
that that shares their home with her
includes: ten cats, one canary, one
ferret and a 50 gallon tank full of
fresh water fish. In the past, Sandra
has had the pleasure of living with:
mice, a bunny, a variety of birds,
hamsters, gerbils, turtles and two
guinea pigs. As a strong advocate of
animal rights she is a vegetarian and
wears no leather goods. As a
reasonable person, Sandra knows that
trying to make vegetarians out of my
cats or other people can make for very
unhealthy relationships all around.
PROGRAMMING Greg Vigneault Greg has been programming since the
CP/M-80 days. He is currently a
technical support supervisor at Zenith
Data Systems. Some of the languages he
writes in are Assembler,Modula,Pascal,
C/C++, Basic, Prolog, & Oberon. He is
also currently writing his own
Modula-2 and Oberon compilers.
RADIOWAVES Pat Wilson Pat is the Operations Manager for two
========== radio stations in Virginia. He has a
1st Class RadioTelephone FCC license
and a Extra Class Amateur Radio
License (HAM). Pat has worked in
commercial radio since 1970 with
positions including Chief Engineer.
And to keep himself *REALLY* busy
he also does a morning radio show!
RECOVERY Ann Wisdom Ann works as a referral agent for
========== the Canadian Government. Ann works
with emotionally disturbed and
physically challenged, persons. She
has also be involved with family
therapy and employment assessment.
SCIENCE Bill Williams Bill is a graduate Laboratory
============= Technologist who has worked in many
government and corporate
laboratories. He is educated in
numerous scientific topics in
addition to pursuing science areas
of his own interest. Bill has
recently undergone a career change
and now works as a computer
technician.
STARTREK Robert Heath Robert is a Project Engineer with a
============ major manufacturing company outside
Toronto. He has been a Star Trek fan
since it debuted in 1966, and now his
elementary school aged son is an avid
fan as well. Robert has always been
surprised how many different people
are Star Trek fans and enjoys
discussing Trek matters with everyone.
TEENS Eugene Ma Eugene is a 15 year old sophomore in
========= high school, living in Bayonne, New
Jersey. Eugene enjoys sports and all
the activities of most young people,
plus he is a very active netmail user.
THELAW Chrys Pelegris Chrys is presently a graduating high
============== school student who is looking for a
future in Corporate Law. After many
law courses, he hopefully will be able
to help out users in TheLaw
conference.
