  36. Installation Help
  37. =================
  38. If you have received Missile Master as a 'ZIP' file (ie:
  39. MIMA200V.ZIP), simply unzip the files to a floppy disk.
  40. Then from within Windows, choose [RUN...] from the Program
  41. Manager's [FILE] menu and type 'A:\SETUP' (or 'B:\SETUP',
  42. depending on where the disk is).
  43.  
  44. Please note that Missile Master is distributed in two forms,
  45. one which includes VBRUN200.DLL and one which does not.
  46.  
  47. MIMA250V.ZIP    - Includes VBRUN200.DLL
  48. MIMA250.ZIP     - DOES NOT include VBRUN200.DLL
  49.  
  50. It is distributed this way because many people already have
  51. VBRUN200.DLL installed in their Windows directorys (all Visual
  52. Basic applications require it).  If you have downloaded the
  53. Missile Master without VBRUN200.DLL and you need it, you might
  54. not have to download the other version.  Many BBSs have 
  55. VBRUN200.DLL available as a separate download, usually called
  56. VBRUN200.ZIP or something similar.  Have a look before you 
  57. waste your precious time downloading a larger file.

  60. Batch File Installation
  61. =======================
  62. If you have problems using the Windows SETUP automated
  63. installation routine, I have provided a batch file to
  64. automate the installation.  You must be logged to the 
  65. directory where the batch file exists.

  111. icon to run Missile Master.  Refer to your Windows
  112. documentation if you require help in this area.

  115. Shareware Limitations
  116. =====================
  117. This Shareware version of Missile Master is limited in these ways.
  118.  
  119. 1] There is an opening 'Nag' screen
  120. 2] Maximum level to play is 25
  121. 3] Maximum starting level is 5
  122. 4] The 'Unlimited Missiles' option is unavailable
  123.

  138.   program code, data or documentation files are to be made
  139.   without the prior written consent of Nisus Development &

  141. 2.Nisus Development & Technology reserves the right to
  142.   prohibit any organization or individual from distributing
  143.   Missile Master if the guidelines listed below are not
  144.   followed.

  146. Disk Distributors and Vendors

  148.      You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to
  149. include Missile Master Shareware Version in your catalogues
  150. provided:

  152. 1.No more than $10US is to be charged for a disk containing
  153.   Missile Master and other programs.
  154. 2.If Missile Master is the only program on the disk, no
  155.   more than $5US may be charged.
  156. 3.Your catalog must make it clear to the buyer that a disk
  157.   purchase from you does not include registration of the
  158.   programs on that disk.
  159. 4.You must inform me, either by mail or phone, that you
  160.   have decided to include Missile Master in your catalog.
  161.   A copy of any review you might have should also be
  162.   included.
