  40. Access Server 1.3 does not work properly with TELAPI 4.1 (that is, the
  41. TELAPI.EXE which comes with LAN Workplace for DOS 4.1).

  43. You should instead use the TELAPI.EXE provided in this PTF.  It is
  44. compatible with both Access Server and LAN Workplace for DOS 4.1.
