- History:
- -------------------------------------------------------------------------
- WinEZ 3.1a - 2/5/93:
- * This release fixes the problem reported by WordPerfect for Windows users.
- The rebuilding of the WinEZ Power Menu correctly supports the WP for
- Windows group items.
-
- * This release fixes the problem of 'system hang' when a key is pressed while
- the WinEZ menu is displayed.
-
- * If you are experiencing the problem of the WinEZ icons not appearing but
- the WinEZ menus are working correctly, it may mean that some messages are
- not being recognized. The application queue size may have to be increased.
- To increase the application queue size, you will need to modify the WIN.INI
- file. Under the [windows] section, locate the keyword DefaultQueueSize.
- If it is not found, then you will need to add it under the [windows]
- section.
-
- eg. (WIN.INI)
-
- [windows]
- DefaultQueueSize=22
-
- By default, the DefaultQueueSize is 8. The maximum value can be 32.
- The actual value may depend on the current work load. A value of 22 or
- greater seems to work fine.
-
- * If for any reason you need to move a window using the mouse, but the WinEZ
- icons are completely covering the title bar, Hold down the Ctrl key while
- pressing the left mouse button over the WinEZ icons. When the Ctrl key
- is held down when using the mouse buttons, WinEZ will ignore the mouse
- and pass the control directly to the window.
