  4. PovShell version 2.3 is FREEWARE. Explaining my understanding of the term
  5. FREEWARE this means:
  6.  
  7. 1. This program may be used, copied and distributed by anyone if the following
  8.    conditions are fulfilled:
  9.  
  10.    a) The distribution of PovShell must include ALL files that come with
  11.       the program. None of the files may be modified in any way before
  12.       distributing them. The easiest way to fulfil this condition is to
  13.       distribute only the original archived version of the program as
  14.       published by the author.
  15.  
  16.    b) PovShell itself may not be sold by anyone. However, it is legal to
  17.       charge a minimal fee for the distribution of the program (including
  18.       the costs for distribution media and shipping, resp. downloading).
  19.  
  20. 2. PovShell must not be "bundled" with any other product without the
  21.    explicit permission of the author, especially when there is a fee for
  22.    that product.

  24. PovShell 2.3 includes a customized version of the file POVRAY.DOC which
  25. is provided as part of the POV-Ray package. For legal information on the
  26. distribution of the POV-Ray package please read the file POVLEGAL.DOC!
