Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan 9x5x3 inches. Bake for 45 min at 350 or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn outon a wire rack to cool. Makes one loaf; 12 slices. Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar. Mix in egg, one medium banana. Stir together flour, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and nuts. Add this mix to the creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir until just blended. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan 9x5x3 inches. Bake for 65 minutes at 350 or util breadtests done. Put all ingredients in a small bowl and add 1 tsp tarragon vinegar, 1/2 tsp grated horseradish, 1 tsp. grated onion and 1 tsp curry powder. Mix well and chill Recipe makes one cup. Single serving is 1/4 cup. Serve as a dip with raw vegies; broccolicauliflower, celery, carrot sticks. Put garlic through a press. Put all ingredients in a small bowl. Heat oil in a small skillet and add onions, crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp dried savory, 1/4 tsp dried thyme. Saute until onions are translucent. Add liverand saute until done. Allow liver to cool for a few minutes. In a food processor, blend liver and hard boiled egg. Makes 1 cup.
