  11.    WHAT QUIKZIP! WILL DO!

  13.        Read a Name and Address Ascii File created by a Word Processor.
  14.  
  15.        Read the Zip Code and convert it into the New Postnet Bar Code.

  17.        Print the address and Bar Code on any size Envelope, Post Card
  18.        or Label.

  20.        Be sure to read <VIII. PREPARING FILES FOR QUIKZIP WITH LPTX.COM>
  21.        in the Manual.

  23.    WHY PRINT THE NEW POSTNET BAR CODE?
  24.  
  25.        The Post Office will give a discount on pre Barcoded Mail.
  26.        Check with your Post Office.
  27.  
  28.        Your Mail will be handled faster and more efficiently
  29.        by the Postal Department.

  31.    LIMITATIONS:

  33.        Quikzip! (Registered Version) is limited only by the size of
  34.        the Ascii File you create.

  36.        Quikzip! (Unregistered Version) will print fifty Addresses
  37.        for your evaluation of the program .

  39.    PRINTER REQUIREMENTS:

  41.        Parallel Printers with IBM or EPSON Mode including Dot Matrix.
  42.        Use this program to test out your printer.

  54.    A version for HP Laserjet should be available late Dec 91.
  55.    A version for printing Cheshire labels will be available also.

  57.    This evaulation copy uses printer port LPT1 and a default of 6 LPI
  58.    In the Registered version you can choose the printer port.

  62.        Type <QK> and press <Enter> key to load program. Select
  63.        and press <F1 = Help> from Menu. Select and press

  78.       Select and press <F1 = Help> from Menu. Select and press
  79.       <F5 = Order>. Order Form will print out. Fill out Order Form and
  80.       Enclose your Check for $49 and Mail.

  89.    US POSTAL DEPARTMENT TEST
  90.  
  91.       The US Postal Department in the City of Industry, Ca., tested
  92.       Postnet Barcodes printed by Quikzip with a Dot Matrix Printer
  93.       on envelopes and address labels. Results were one hundred
  94.       percent readability by their optical scanners/barcode sorters.
