The Score Summary is the most important of the evaluation
screens. It tells you which of your choices comes
closest to meeting the decision factors you value the
highest.
Your choices are rated out of a possible 100 and listed
in order of highest score.
At the top of the screen a sample shows how scores are
graphed. The uncertainty is pictured at the end of the
graph, representing the part of the total score made up
from ranges of data. For example, if you input data in a
range of fair - medium, you will have uncertainty in the
score due to the range of values possible.
The Sorting Options (F9) allow you to look at the effect
on the ranking if range values fall at an average or if
all go the worst way. Thus the low sort shows the scores
and rankings with all ranges at their worst. This would
be the choice with the lowest risk.
From this screen you should review the scores ^"BY FACTOR",hlp\55200.doc
and ^"BY CHOICE",hlp\55300.doc and check the decision ^"Advisor's",hlp\55400.doc advice.
Make "what if" changes until you are confident that your
decision is optimized.
Finally, F10 Complete to check your choice against the
framework of your mission and goals.
