Many details can be set for each judgement factor used in
your decision. Some factors might best be rated with a
numerical scale and others with a verbal scale.
Sometimes a higher value is best (your wages) and
sometimes a low value is best (your taxes). Occasionally
an optimum value is best (your exercise hours). You may
also want to set minimum or maximum limits on any of
these factors.
Set factor details by clicking the DETAILS action pad or
pressing F2 while on the Factors List Screen. At the top
of the screen is the name of the factor. You can cycle
through the factors by clicking on Prev or Next or by
using the right/left arrow keys.
For each factor, decide which factor type or scale you
want to use to rate your choices. Set the type by either
clicking on the type code action button or typing the
code into the white box at the bottom of the screen. You
also set the maximum or minimum value limits within this
box. If you set a limit and the data for one of your
choices is outside those limits, that choice will be
"greyed out" in the final evaluation.
When you have the details for all factors F10 complete
back to the factors list screen.
