  1.                   Thank you for evaluating XLSTAT

  3. You can run XLSTAT by either double clicking on the XLSTAT.XLA file or 
  4. icon, or by using the Excel File|Open command.  
  5.  
  6. To have XLSTAT loaded every time you start Excel choose the 
  7. Tools|Add-ins command.  If XLSTAT is not on the list presented 
  8. use the Browse button to locate the XLSTAT.XLA file. Then make 
  9. sure the XLSTAT item on the Add-ins list is ticked.

  13. These are the license conditions you must read and agree with before 
  14. using XLSTAT :

  16. 1 - XLSTAT has been written entirely by Thierry FAHMY. XLSTAT is 
  17. fully protected by copyright laws as it has been deposited (IDDN 
  18. number available). The shareware and pro versions are copyrighted. 
  19. The shareware version can be used 20 times. No version of XLSTAT 
  20. may be distributed without the prior agreement of the author. No 
  21. one but the author is authorized to distribute  the professional 
  22. version of XLSTAT, except authorized distributors. For copying, 
  23. duplicating, and distributing XLSTAT, the author must be asked 
  24. first, and a contract must be established between both parties.

  26. 2 - Owning ONE license means you can use XLSTAT on ONE computer 
  27. terminal at a time. For multiple site use, the author must be 
  28. contacted.

  30. 3 - XLSTAT Pro version MUST include the following files :

  32. xlstat0.xla    to     xlstat9.xla
  33. xlstat.hlp    
  34. xlstat.doc

  40. 4 - The author disclaims all responsibilities for ANY damage that
  41. could be caused by the use of XLSTAT. All potential damage is the 
  42. responsibility of the user. If any authorized distributors want to 
  43. offer a better warranty, it is THEIR own responsibility. If bugs 
  44. are reported, it is entirely up to the author if a new version will 
  45. be sent to the bug reporter. Up until now new versions have been 
  46. sent to bug reporters, but there is no guarantee of that for the 
  47. future. There is no online or mail service for consulting in 
  48. statistics included with this license. For consulting or online 
  49. help, the author must be asked first, and it will depend whether 
  50. the author is available.
