  8. application! Soundsations is a collection of over 1,000 selected 
  9. .WAV format sounds clips presented in categorized and described 
  10. format that will allow you to make your application come alive. 
  11. It's the perfect way to take advantage of your sound card and make 
  12. your application or Windows system yours alone.

  14. Soundsations for Windows is developed in Hypertext environment to take 
  15. advantage of Hypertext search and navigational capabilities. Simply by 
  16. a touch of your mouse or click of a key on your keyboard, you can link 
  17. to the category you would like to see.

  19. Soundsations comes with two sets of opening menu screens. To take 
  20. advantage of its graphical menu, you must have a color monitor with 
  21. 256 colors video driver installed under Windows. Otherwise use the 
  22. Fast Menu to access the sound clip categories.

  24. Each screen background comes with a predefined set of function buttons 
  25. to help and guide you through each category. Simply click on each of 
  26. the eight category buttons and you will be presented with the list of 
  27. sub-categories available within the chosen category. You can search 
  28. for a specific word or sound clip among all categories, read a short 
  29. description, see its duration in seconds and play the sound clip before 
  30. copying it to your hard drive.

  32. The area between the two colored triangles is the link area to perform 
  33. a function. The Red triangles are action links that plays the sound clip 
  34. or copies it to your hard drive. The green triangles are hyperlinks 
  35. between main menu and sound clip categories. Simply place the cursor 
  36. between the link symbols and press RETURN key or use your MOUSE to play 
  37. a sound clip or copy it to your hard drive. You need to enter the proper 
  38. drive and path name where you want the sound clip to be copied to.

  40. If you are using mouse, point the cursor at the link button or between 
  41. link symbols and press LEFT MOUSE to activate the link. By pressing the 
  42. RIGHT MOUSE, you will be returned to the previous topic.

  44. If you are using keyboard only, use TAB to move to the next link button 
  45. and SHIFT+TAB to move to the previous link button. When either TAB or  
  46. SHIFT+TAB are used to move to a link, that link is displayed with an 
  47. inverse video rectangle. When the link button is inverted, the F1 or 
  48. RETURN key is used to activate the link.
