  3.    A printed manual has been added for registered owners.

  5.    A help file has been added. To use it, copy PBCWIN.HLP to
  6.    your Visual Basic directory. When you're in the Visual Basic
  7.    environment, select Help, then File Open the PBCWIN.HLP file
  8.    from the Help window. My thanks and a free registration to
  9.    Dr. Alan Campbell for this useful addition to PBCwin!

  11.    The text files have been renamed to fit better with Windows
  12.    conventions, and have been otherwise updated as appropriate:

  15.       PBCWIN.NEW   -->  NEW-INFO.TXT
  16.       PBCWIN.DOC   -->  PBCWIN.TXT
  17.       PACKING.LST  -->  FILELIST.TXT
  18.       WHERE.BBS    -->  DIAL-UP.TXT

  20.    I aim to have a more comprehensive update to PBCwin out this
  21.    summer. In the meantime, I'm working on a collection of VBX
  22.    custom controls-- keep an eye out!
