By doing so, the SU manages to maintain quite a high level of activity.[EITAL][PARA][PARA][ITAL][HDNG]SU FACILITIES:[EHDNG][EITAL][PARA][ITAL]The facilities don't need much management because they're generally pretty successful and limited by the size of the SU building[EITAL] (although expansion is on the agenda). [ITAL] Plenty of goodies[EITAL]: 2 bars; cafeteria; restaurant; customised night club/theatre; 4 minibuses for hire; travel agency; general shop (also sells new books); cashpoints; Endsleigh insurance office; photocopier; photo and phone booths; video and vending machines; pool tables; juke box and launderette.[HDNG]CLUBS (NON SPORTING):[EHDNG][PARA]Amnesty; Asian; Broad Left and Celtic; CND; Downhill; Duke of Edinburgh; Goatee Beard Society; Hunt Sabs; Iraqi; Juggling; Malaysian; Pakistani; PED Devils (minibus drivers); Plaid Motorbike Club; Polo Appreciation; Punjabi; Scout and Guide; 17th Century; Silly Hat Society; Wargames; Young European Movement.[HDNG]OTHER ORGANISATIONS:[EHDNG][PARA]'Leek', the independent student newspaper is good for a free publication. It's distributed every month or whenever its producers feel it's time for another edition. Rag raised ú5,000 last year for charity and, currently, there's a student community action group being established by the SU who hope to improve local relations.[HDNG]RELIGIOUS:[EHDNG][PARA][STAT][BULL] 2chaplains (Christian, Jewish).[ESTAT][PARA]In college, there's an Anglican and a Catholic Chapel and a Mosque. Locally, there are churches for all flavours of Christian from Methodist to raspberry ripple. For other godly grace, a trip to Cardiff is called for.[HDNG]PAID WORK:[EHDNG][PARA][ITAL]Um... none.
