Dear ,
It is my pleasure to offer you the position of
[corporate communications director] for our company.
The position pays [$30,000 annually], with salary
disbursements made in [twelve] increments paid [on the first
of the month]. [I] will be your immediate supervisor.
All our employees serve a three-month probationary
period at the beginning of their employment. During
probation, you will not participate in benefit programs and
will receive written evaluations monthly. At the end of the
probationary period, your continued employment will be
considered. If you successfully complete the probationary
period, you will fully participate in all benefit programs
retroactively.
The job is on a two-week basis, meaning that either
party can terminate the relationship upon giving two weeks'
written notice to the other party.
You were selected for this offer from a field of
outstanding applicants. We believe you will be a valuable
addition to our company, and I hope you will call me to
accept our offer.
Sincerely,
President
