  6. to be a UTILITY station. The following loggings were made the week
  7. of 9/8/85 .

  18. 3895    lsb   0300  ham band outlaw network, using handles and
  19.                        probable very high power. Most nights...

  22. notes: "usb" and "lsb" refer to upper and lower sideband; if your
  23. receiver does not have these mode settings, use the BFO control.
  24. Times are in UTC (EST + 5 hours, EDT + 4 hours)
