  1.    This disk contains a demonstration version of M, the Interactive
  2. Composition and Performance System.   The demo is functionally
  3. identical to the real M except that it will not save files, it can
  4. not be used with SoundScape, and it will quit around 30 minutes after you 
  5. start M.
  6.    You can run M on any Amiga with a least 1Meg RAM.  If you intend to
  7. run the demo on a 512k machine first drag the icon marked 512kStartup
  8. outside of the window onto the Workbench screen.  Close all windows
  9. and start M by double-clicking on the 512kStartup icon. A requester
  10. should appear in front of the M screen with some text indicating
  11. that this is a demo.  Clear the requester and then choose
  12. '4 Color Screen' from the 'System' menu.  Remember M is designed to
  13. run with 1Meg so its functionality on a 512k machine may be limited.
  14.    If you make copies of this disk using Workbench be sure to rename
  15. the disk M1.0Demo.
