  9.       nfpipe - Insert articles into    a notesfile

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.       nfpipe topic [ -t title ] [ -d ] [ -a    ]

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.       Nfpipe reads standard    input to create    a note in the
  16.       specified notesfile.    The title of the note is specified
  17.       using    the -t parameter.  The -d flag specifies that this
  18.       note is to have the director message flag set; if the    author
  19.       has no director privileges in    the notesfile, this flag has
  20.       no effect.  Specifying -a makes the note anonymous; if
  21.       anonymous notes are not permitted this flag has no effect.
