  7.   The Notefile format has changed. Before installing the new system you
  8.   should save and delete all old Notefiles.

  18.   By default, Smail tries to find a path by re-routing. If you don't
  19.   want this, use the option "-r" (OXM can be configured for that).

  21.   Smail can now use a path database. The utilty makedb creates a
  22.   database by reading the "paths" file. This leads to faster
  23.   address resolution.
