ANSIShow
In the process of developing of LinkUp, a utility was
created to aid in debugging the ANSI emulation engine. The
result is an OS-9 utility that allows you to display ANSI files
on your KWindows screen.
ANSIShow uses the same ANSI emulation engine that LinkUp
does; thus, any improvements in subsequent releases of LinkUp
will reflect in ANSIShow.
ANSISHOW Edition 10
Syntax: ANSIShow [<opts>] [<file> <...>] [<opts>]
Function: ANSI Graphics interpreter
Options:
-p[=]n pause in seconds between pix for slide show
-s slide show mode
ANSIShow takes an arbitrary number of ANSI art filenames,
then translates and displays each file's contents on the
screen. If no options are used, you may press a key, and the
next ANSI file will be displayed.
If the -s option is used, ANSIShow acts like a slideshow
program. Each file will be displayed consecutively. The -p
option may be used to specify a pause in seconds between
displaying each file. During this pause, you may press a key to
move on to the next file.
The ANSIART directory contains two sample ANSI files that
you can display using the ANSIShow utility.
