  4. ppmspread - displace a portable pixmap's pixels by a random amount

  10. Reads a portable pixmap as input. Moves every pixel around a bit
  11. relative to its original position. amount determines by how many
  12. pixels a pixel is to be moved around at most.

  14. Pictures processed with this filter will seem to be somewhat 
  15. dissolved or unfocussed (although they appear more coarse than
  16. images processed by something like
  17. .I pnmconvol
  18. ).
