Windows NT/Windows 95 program that will dial
the NIST or USNO time source using a modem,
obtain the current time, and use this time to
set the time on your PC. Similar programs
designed for DOS will not work under NT
because of security issues. V1.7 fixes timing
bugs with certain high speed modems.
