  61. Welcome to Fugue Software's Cellar Master for Windows, a program for
  62. anyone who wants to keep track of their wine cellar.

  67. Do you need to keep track of the bottles of wine in your cellar and have
  68. instant access to your tasting notes?  Would you like to be able  to
  69. maintain  a list of wines to drink or taste soon, and identify future
  70. purchasing needs?  Do you want to locate a particular bottle of wine by
  71. bin or box number without hunting through the cellar, packing and
  72. unpacking your valuable bottles?

  74. Then Cellar Master is your answer. Written by a wine lover with a
  75. cellar of over 40 dozen bottles, you know that it is geared to your
  76. needs. If you have any suggestions for enhancements or improvements,
  77. you know that we will be happy to consider them, because we want
  78. this program to meet the neets of fellow wine collectors around the
  79. world.

  81. Cellar master's database system is tailored especially for wine
  82. cellar record  keeping. It gives you instant access to information
  83. about the bottles of wine in your cellar, and allows you to file
  84. tasting notes for future reference once you have drunk the wines.

  142. 1. Start Microsoft Windows

  144. 2. Place the disk in drive A or B.

  146. 3. From windows program manager select File, Run
  147.    then type in
  148.       A:SETUP
  149.    or B:SETUP
  150.  
  151. 4. Select destination drive and directory (will be created if it does
  152.    not exist). Press Enter.

  173.   days from the date of your purchase of Cellar Master, Fugue
  174.   Software will, at its sole option and subject to the
  175.   restrictions above and below, repair or replace any defective
  176.   item(s), or refund the purchase price of any diskette and/or
  177.   manual and/or any other parts or components of Cellar Master found
  178.   to be defective, if such defect is the fault of Fugue Software

  198.   (1) Copyright: The Cellar Master programs and all other programs
  199.   and documentation distributed or shipped with it are Copyright
  200.   to Fugue Software, 1988, 1994, and are protected by Australian
  201.   and international copyright law. In the rest of this document,
  202.   this collection of programs is referred to simply as "Cellar Master".
  203.   You are granted a license to use your copy of Cellar Master only
  204.   under the terms and conditions specified in this license
  205.   agreement.

  207.   (2) Use of One Copy on Two Computers: If you have a copy of
  208.   Cellar Master which is licensed for use on a single computer, you may
  209.   install it on two computers used at two different locations
  210.   (for example, at work and at home), provided there is no
  211.   possibility that the two computers will be in use at the same
  212.   time, and provided that you yourself have purchased Cellar Master,
  213.   or if Cellar Master was purchased by your employer, that you have
  214.   your employer's explicit permission to install Cellar Master on two
  215.   systems as described in this paragraph. The right to install
  216.   one copy of Cellar Master on two computers is limited to copies
  217.   originally licensed for use on a single computer, and may not
  218.   be used to expand the number of systems covered under a

  221.   (3) Use of Cellar Master on Networks or Multiple Systems: You may
  222.   install your registered copy of Cellar Master on a computer
  223.   attached to a network, or remove it from one computer and

  226.   for. A "user" is defined as one keyboard which is connected to
  227.   a computer on which Cellar Master is installed, regardless of

  229.   installation or use of Cellar Master in the system.

  231.   (4) Making Copies: You may copy any version of Cellar Master for
  232.   normal backup purposes, and you may give copies of the
  233.   shareware version to other individuals, which they may also use

  235.   the shareware version of Cellar Master for others, you must include
  236.   all of the files distributed with it, including this one. You
  237.   may not give copies of the registered version to any other
  238.   person for any purpose, and you may not make any copies of the
  239.   printed Cellar Master manual without explicit written permission

  242.   (5) Distribution Restrictions: ASP Vendors may distribute
  243.   Cellar Master as part of their shareware offerings provided they abide

  245.   distribute Cellar Master shareware version provided they distribute
  246.   the entire Cellar Master package. They may add files to it, but
  247.   under no circumstances may they remove files. They must also
  248.   inform buyers of their obligation to register the program if
  249.   they continue to use it after a reasonable evaluation period.
  250.   NON ASP vendors must also not charge more than a reasonable
  251.   copying fee for the disks (around $US3 per 360k disk, and no
  252.   more than $US8 for 1.4M disks). Individual copies of the
  253.   shareware version may be passed to friends and associates for
