  11. -Add/subtract prestige from either side

  13. -Add/subtract the following from any unit on either side:

  16.    -moves
  17.    -entrenchment
  18.    -experience

  21. -Remove any unit on either side from the battle
  22.  
  23. -Add any previously destroyed unit from either side back to the battle
  24.  
  25. -Move any unit on either side to any location on the map
  26.

  29. The ability to edit PBEM games has been intentionally disabled

  31. It is strongly recommended that you read the file pg-edit.txt
