  12. Connect Pro is a Windows 95/98/NT application that can dial a group
  13. of Internet POPs, finding the first available connection.  Once a
  14. connection is made, it can even launch your favorite Internet
  15. programs, folders or URL!

  17. If you're experiencing busy signals, or that "all circuits are busy"
  18. message (which is getting common here in the SF Bay Area), this can
  19. help you get a connection quickly by dialing several POPs quickly.
