═══ 1. General Help ═══ Viewer Documentation ViewBMP This application is designed to simplify viewing OS/2 format bitmaps. Files that have the file extension of .BMP (formatted as OS/2 bitmaps) can be viewed in groups of up to 6-at-a-time in a window that can be sized. Further selection from the view-of-six will display the bitmap in a separate sizable window. There are two methods of identifying files to be displayed. 1. Click on File-Open and identify the file through the dialog box. 2. Drag and Drop one or more files with a .BMP extension onto the drop area. The drop area is the white area below the view-of-six. ViewBMP uses the drag and drop indication as a "link" operation. When a correct drag is being performed a "link line" appears and the disappears. Bitmaps will be displayed in the view-of-six in left-to-right and top-to-bottom sequence. After six files have been displayed the 7th will be displayed replacing the 1st - the 8th replaces the 2nd, etc. The view-of-six window may be re-sized. The bitmap proportions will match the proportions of the window.
