~Spear of Destiny

A few more cheats, contributed by Nigel Dight.

Here are a couple of cheats for Spear of Destiny which I've never 
seen published.  
 
 
When starting SOD at the first display press and hold the M key to 
bring up the Jukebox to play each of the songs from the game.
 
If you go to the resize window menu selection, shrink you window a 
little, press enter and then IMMEDIATELY press and hold the I and D 
keys together you get a "gang screen" shot.
